This may not be the first time we have asked for your feedback in one of our post support experience or relationship surveys.The Canon Solutions America customer feedback program has been in place for many years and has been developed with help from Kantar, a world leading expert in customer research. Kantar acts on our behalf to manage the survey process, handling of the results and security of your personal details.
The results of your feedback are utilized by many departments within Canon Solutions America to improve business decisions and customer service, both on strategic and operational levels.
The information you provide is used as part of our continuous improvement program, and for no other purpose. By taking part in our survey, you agree that the information you provide can be shared with the project teams and relevant Canon Solutions America employees involved in monitoring client satisfaction, who will keep your information strictly confidential.
However, at the end of the questionnaire you will be provided the option to have your personal contact details withheld from Canon Solutions America. If you choose this option it is one of the roles of Kantar to ensure that your responses are kept anonymous and that your personal details will not be linked to the answers you have given.
